What held Jesus to the cross?

His incredible love for you! 

 

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life"
(John 3:16).


Jesus willingly endured the agony and shame of the cross to restore your
relationship with God. 


This Good Friday, we pray that you experience the depth of God's love for
you. 

As Jesus breathed his last, He declared, "It is finished" (John 19:30).
These words marked the completion of His redemptive work-defeating sin,
death, and every barrier that once separated us from God. 

Take a moment to reflect on the victory Jesus won for you. Because of His
love, you can approach God with boldness, knowing you are completely
forgiven, fully accepted, and forever loved.
