[NFBF-Melbourne] URGENT!!!

ATTENTION:  IMPORTANT MATTER TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY!

 

Hello MSCC Members:  This e-mail serves as notice that an incident was
reported to me on 1/27/25 by Mr. Javier Molinares, Exec. Dir. Of the Brevard
Hispanic Center.  He stated that upon cleaning up after our January Chapter
meeting, one of the chair's was soiled and smelled bad.  His staff, Dr.
Lesnine, had to disinfect and scrub the chair and place outside to air out
and dry.  This incident or accident should have immediately been told to
someone in charge so that we, the MSCC, could have handled since it occurred
on our watch.  Obviously, it was one of our members who could have requested
assistance- remember, we are helpers one to another.  If there is ever a
need for assistance to the restroom, please do not hesitate to speak up; we
are glad to assist you.  We are all adults and should act accordingly.  If
there is a need for a private conversation, please reach out to me or Javier
so the situation can be handled immediately and not after we have left the
premises.  IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE MUST LEAVE THE CENTER THE SAME WAY WE
FOUND IT!  It is a blessing that we are allowed to use Center for free and
do not want to jeopardize our established relationship with BHC.  

 

Also, because we are in close proximity in the room, please make sure
hygiene is up to par at all times, of course, this should go without saying;
however, complaints are being made just recently, and we want to take this
opportunity to address it openly.  Please adhere to this notice from me so
that the Director of the Center does not take further action protecting his
personal property; I believe these are recently purchased chairs.
