Subject: Last Minute Notes for the DRC on August 2nd

 

With just a few hectic days until the BIG EVENT, I just wanted to give you a few last-minute updates.

 

Between resource partners, panelists, city and county officials, and respite area people, we are well over 100!! Remember to bring your table coverings. Each table will have 2 chairs. Make a Buddy and Bird of Paradise Nails will be bringing their setups. Coach Ross, we will have a space for you in the respite area.

 

When you arrive, starting at 9 am, please pull in front of the building, enter the main entrance, where you will check in, receive a lanyard and biz card holder, and a flyer for our next BIG EVENT, "Uncorked," our annual wine tasting gala at the Grand Manor on Sarno Road. If you have any outstanding paperwork at that time, it must be completed at that time. You will be shown to your booth or table by one of our volunteers. We will help unload your items to your spot. Before you set up your table, you MUST park your car in the east side parking lot. We will have traffic control. HP is also on the east side of the building. We ask that you DO NOT PARK in the general parking lot. As this is a disability resource conference, many of the attendees will need those spaces to park. ALL booths and tables must be 100% ready to go by 10:45 am. Please, no leaving early unless you have an emergency, and let me know.

 

Please post the attached flyer everywhere, and don't forget social media, your client list if permissible, and all your co-workers. Let's shoot for 1000 attendees. I get a day off if we meet this goal. lol
