Good morning all. I hope everyone is staying nice and warm on this unusually
cold day.

 

President Camille Tate has asked me to remind you of the following. Please
be sure and attend as this is an important meeting. Thank you. Here are the
details.

Greetings Florida: 

 

We are holding an open board meeting on Sunday, February 1 at 7 p.m. We
encourage all of our members to attend and see your board at work! We will
be discussing our Washington Seminar and other topics of interest to you.
The meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m. The Zoom invitation is below. Here
are our housekeeping rules: 

 

*	All attendees will be muted, except for board members. Following the
meeting adjournment, attendees will be unmuted. 
*	Each attendee will have the opportunity to ask one question. Once
everyone has had an opportunity to ask their question and if time permits,
we may allow for additional questions. 
*	Please be patient. We significantly reduce our agenda for the open
board meetings and try to keep it within one hour, but depending upon the
topics discussed, it may not be possible.
