Dear Convention Attendees,

 

The National Federation of the Blind of Florida is committed to making our state convention as accessible and inclusive as possible for everyone.

 

If you require accessibility accommodations to fully participate in our 2026 State Convention, being held in Jacksonville Florida, on October 9, 2026  through October 11, 2026, please submit your request by email to  <mailto:accessibility at nfbflorida.org> accessibility at nfbflorida.org no later than September 10, 2026.

 

When submitting your request, please include:

 

*	Your full name
*	Your contact information
*	A clear description of the accommodation(s) you are requesting

 

Submitting your request by the deadline will help us make every effort to arrange the accommodations you need before the convention begins.

 

If a requested accommodation would result in an undue burden, the affiliate will work to identify and provide alternative accommodations to meet your needs as effectively as possible.
