NLS is working with the appropriate Library of Congress offices to resolve these issues. Please let patrons who inquire know that the problem is being addressed. </span><br><span></span><br><span></span><br><span></span><br><span>Unrelated to the download issues, the Library of Congress will conduct a planned power outage from 5 p.m. ET on Friday, August 9, through Sunday, August 11, during which most of the Library’s public websites, including NLS BARD and the NLS public websites, will be unavailable.
