Please take note of the information I am writing below. It is regarding attachments to emails sent to the chapter email list. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>All of the email lists on nfbnet.org, which includes our chapter list, Florida list and all other lists contained within our email network, sometimes attaches a file to each email. Some have noticed this when I have forwarded messages from our Florida email list or other messages from our master email list. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please be aware that attachments labeled “Untitled” will almost always be unreadable content and is not a true attachment. These files are automatically generated by the email list itself and will not contain material that is readable. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We have absolutely no control over these attachments and do not know they are there until someone asks us what the file is supposed to contain. We cannot stop them from coming through. Attachments that are to be read will almost always be titled, for example, “The Visionary.docx”, for our chapter newsletter.
