Below are some quick instructions on how to use Zoom. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Using a Computer: <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If you want to use a computer to access Zoom, click on the link in the meeting invitation. This will download Zoom to your computer (if you do not already have it) and open the application. The meeting link will take you automatically into the Zoom room. If your computer does not have a microphone, we will not be able to hear you if you want to speak. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Using a Smart Phone or Tablet: <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If you want to use the smart phone or tablet app to use Zoom, you can follow the same procedure for the computer by clicking on the meeting link in the email. If you do not check email on your phone, then open Zoom on your device (download from the App or Google Play Store for free) and enter the meeting ID in the appropriate field. Please select “internet audio” in the pop-up screen or we will not be able to hear you if you want to speak. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Dialing In: <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>You can dial into Zoom the same way you have for our other telephone meetings. There are a list of numbers in the meeting invitation. The one I suggest using first is the area code 646 (New York). You can use any of the phone numbers listed, so there are options if one does not work.
