As you can imagine, I’m sincerely proud to share that the Sabrina Cohen
Foundation, in partnership with Miami-Dade County and the City of Miami
Beach, are redeveloping the existing park at 5301 Collins Avenue to
transform it into an All-Inclusive Play and Fitness Space for people of ALL
abilities!

 

As part of our Phase I plans for this site (see rendering below),  we are
creating a new and improved ADA accessible pavement within the Oceanside
Adaptive Park, our “Pathway of Inclusion”, which will traverse throughout
the park.  The opportunity to support our work and be a part of building an
inclusive community is NOW with over 11,000 bricks to sell to support Phase
II of our Masterplan. 

 

All funds raised from the bricks will support our nation’s first-of-a-kind
Adaptive Recreation Center, Phase II (image attached).

Park at our press conference on Friday, April 23, 2021. Alonzo Mourning came

PLEASE NOTE: This brick campaign will run April 2021 through April 2022,
with a ribbon cutting ceremony to open the new park, Summer 2022.
