Great news! We’re excited to welcome Amtrak to the Be My Eyes Service Directory! 

Be My Eyes is partnering with Amtrak to launch a pilot program bringing our live visual support to blind and low vision passengers at major U.S. train stations, including New York Penn Station, Philadelphia 30th Street Station, Boston South Station, and Washington Union Station. 

Through the Service Directory tab in the Be My Eyes app, blind and low vision passengers can now connect with trained agents in real time for visual support with tasks like: 

*	Navigating station environments 
*	Finding platforms and gates 
*	Reading signs and schedules 
*	Using station amenities, and more 

All from the device in your pocket. 

Our partnership with Amtrak is all about enhancing the travel experience for blind and low vision passengers across the United States, making train travel more independent, more equitable, and more accessible. We’re proud to work with Amtrak to create a travel experience where everyone feels informed, empowered, and welcome.
