Sounds very good. Yes the computers at my job are not blind friendly they do not talk at all. So I guess I need them to help me to click where I need to put in my three digit letters and numbers in the click down to first combat and then today and then I click over to the year. And then when the next screen pops up to click on your hours yet ask me and believe click on it and then they click on postal and then another screen will pop up and wanna say meal ticket or the other want to say no meal ticket they always clock one meal ticket so I don’t never have to use my money. They are so very nice to me and so on my patients. They get upset when I’m out sick I have to take me on my guide dog to the doctor. My patients get very upset and worry about me if I take too long off when I’m sick

>> We have a three digit letter i’m right behind it is a three digit number. So the guys what they do is they will click the mouse where I need to put my three digit letter and number and then they move the mouse down to my month date and year of my birthday and then they will click on eight hours for me it then click on meal ticket. Because the computers do not talk. So they let me do the keyboard and they will just move the mouse or click the mouse to where I need it because they know I know my keyboard so it works out good because they are so happy to help me. Yes we are not allowed to clock in at the same time we start because the hallways in building is so big and long that if we clock in at 8:30 but time we get to a destinations it will be almost 8 o’clock or almost 9 o’clock so that’s why they prefer us Who signing a half hour early then we get to where we need to be then we can start work at that time. I sign in on one side of the building is in where I need to go is one where he where he where he across the other side of the building so that’s why I signed in at eight at the time I start work and get on the other side it’s 830 that’s why they have it like that. Everybody’s business does different but they understand I take heartless but they do not like me to come to work late all the time and temp this morning it was just way too late and it wasn’t even my fault. They had me in the machine you know for my pick up but on the van they didn’t have me in the system showing that I need pick up so that was their fault one there in my phone

And the people who start at seven I signed in at 7 o’clock. This is how it is done at my job they don’t like you signing in on your start time. They like it just sign in 30 minutes before your start time so you will have time to get to your destination and start work at 8:30 not flying in at 8:30. So I was still late

I called heart at 7:06 and asked the lady how far out my ride is she said they’ll be to me in a few minutes in I am at the first pick up. 7:20 iamb still outside waiting for my heart plus and I told them I need to be to work at 8:30 AM and they are still not here. DEE FROM heart plus called meAt 7:26 and asked me if I were able to catch a cab from downtown to Bruce B downs but YELlOW CAB and I told her it will cost me about $50 which I don’t have. So he put me on hold and told Dispatch/ and he said they are going to send a heart plus to me. And she explained that I was on the schedule to be picked up today but it was not showing up on the drivers manifest. I told DEE that I have to be to work at 8:30 AM. So I am still waiting and I will be late for work. So hard to pass picked me up at7:41. And I got to work at 810. I was 10 minutes late signing in and it does not look good.

And the guy I did not have control over his dog. They told me that his dog is not a service dog. Because they said they know a service dog is not supposed to be barking and lunging at other dogs. So I know he did not have control over his dog. Or I had to wrap Frisco leash around one hand put the harness with my left hand and put Frisco between me and the wall so that dog does not attack Frisco.
