[NFBF-Tampa] I'm New Here

Hi Everyone,
My name is Christina and I'm new to the Tampa chapter of NFB but not NFB as a whole. I recently moved to the Tampa Bay area and used to be a board member of the Treasure Coast chapter.
I've been to three nNal conventions and one Florida state convention. I think I met some of you in May while at the state convention and I know some of you from listservs.
I will not be attending the holiday party tomorrow because weRe celebrating my nephew's 6th birthday. I do plan to be at January's meeting.
If anyone has tips on learning my way around, the area in general or anything that might be useful, please share. I'm in Pinellas county if that helps.
