Hi Baarbara,  

Yes I work with The Grow Group. No I an not on the job training. I started working at The Grow Group in August 19th of this year Yes I receive a pay check from them the grow group. No they do not hold my ticket to work. I do not have an internship with the grow group 

oh I see.

Befor this I felt ok at the job But as soon as they said that they will put there hands on me to make me smile for the pitcher on December 19th thats when I no longer feel safe there. And when I told then that they need to provide me a sign language interperter thats when they said no thats your job. And I explain 3 times to them that its your job to provide me with one and they said no agin. 

To let u know its not about stocking 1 coffie, 2 tea, 3 or keeping the office strate. Its me not feeling safe any more and having a a sign language interperter. I thing that they should know this sence they work with people who have ADHD, in Wheelchairs. 

I also want u to know that 1 of my coworkers hung up on a Deaf young boy the 1 coworker said he said that he was calling using the Relay service to call my coworker. and the coworker said I hung up on the young boy. In then 1 of the other coworker said why dont u tell him about another place togo. and that also made me mad because they say they work with people with disability. 

that is 3 things that I no longer feel safe and comfortable there any more.
