> The meeting was called to order by President Miranda Kilby at 12:15. All introduced themselves. There were  sixteen persons in attendance, including Rafael Trinidad, whom we voted in as a new chapter member. Marion led everyone in saying the NFB pledge.

> Secretary and Treasurer’s Reports
> A motion was made by Merry, seconded by Dan, to accept the minutes of the October meeting as emailed. The motion passed. (Because of the holidays, October was the last time a chapter meeting was held. )
> Dan gave the treasurer’s report. Our balance at the end of October was $3188.46. Our current balance is $3526.46. A motion was made by Merry, seconded by Sherrill, to approve the treasurer’s report as red. The motion passed.

> President’s Report
> Miranda reported on the skuccessful Holiday Raffle state fundraiser held in December. Our chapter sold the most tickets with 163! Our chapter sold the winning ticket on December 31, so we received $200.
> We now have the o’Brien’s private room reserved for every other month for all of 2019.
> We now have our chapter’s PayPal account set up.

> In our monthly 50/50 drawing, Sherrill won a total of $22.
>  
> Our next meeting will be held on February 23 at Beef O’Brady’s in Tampa.
> The meeting was adjourned at 1:45.
