If you not sure the number to the NATIONAL FEDERATION OF THE BLIND the number is 410- 659-9314. 

They are open from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern standard time. And when you call between those hours listen to the options. If you want a cane and bro shores you press three.

When I wanted to order some more brochures. My dear sweet friend MARION 22 years gave me the number and explain to me in a text how to listen to the options and to press the one you wanted. And I did exactly that last week.
