[NFBF-Tampa] Updated Information concerning Motion for Summary Judgement

Hart budget is $79 million?? Seems alot then what would the addition 
funds help?? I must be missing something. Also, how many do use the fix 
bus routes daily? Myself, I use it every day to go to work and back.
