Greeting all 

I hope everyone will have a happy new year with family and friends. 

I want to say thank u for those who gave me the address and phone number to the Disability Rights of FL. here in Tampa. 

I called  and left my name and number some 1 caled me back and I told the lady what happened. I told her that I work at the grow group and that every thing was ok from the first day I started working there up till thanksgiving. I said right after that they told me I need to do head shots for work I said thats fine. And then right after that all they way up till 3 days be for they said if u don't smile I will put my hands on u. Also told the lady that I was called In mature for sending my VR Counselor and asked her for help and y along with saying no to a sign language interperter. Because I explain to him that it is the employer responsibility to call and set up a sign language interperter. And he said no its not that it is mine. And I had to explain to him 5 times and he still said no. And when I told him my VR Counselor said that i am right correct then he said i didn't know but that is not true because I explain to him 5 times and he said ok so he knew all ready. This is what i told the lady on Monday 23rd 2 days be for Christmas and the lady told me that someone will call me after Christmas and yes I did get a call back. and agin I told her everything. Even how I no longer feel comfortable and safe at that job any more. 

So on Monday the 30th I talk with Andrea and told her everythang also I also explain that the sign language is not just for the deaf that it is also for the hard of hearing and I told her that I get tired fast because my brain is constantly playing ketchup to try to get most of the conversation and in a group of people I can not hear anythang but noise. So she said yes then u r entitled to a sign language interperters for all meetings. I also told Andrea that After all what Devin an Angelica said all that to me. At beginning of last year I told devin I do not need your help calling doctor for me but he did anyway so when he left the VA I called and changed my appointment for the regular month and date I also told Andrea that I told him that I throwaway flowers I told Andrea I have allergies to flowers and thats why I throwaway the flowers. I told Andrea I take ownership for not explaining y I throwaway flowers. I also explain to Andrea that I also take ownership for not explaining to angelica y I left candy on outside ground I said to andrea that I took candy out of backpack because I needed to get to my small braille display to take out my pass for the heart plus. So when van came up I rush putting small braille display in backpack and then jacket and just forgot the candy she gave me. 

I also told Andrea that angelica said sorry but she killed it when she said u should of known that we was joking. I said that is not a joke when u say if u dont smile we will put our hands on me thats not a joke. then angelica said u are taking this to seriously angelica also said its not a big dill so angelica killed her apology when she said that.  

Sitting in the same room with her I am still scared to be around her.
