I am so totally sorry for everything that’s going on in your family with your daughter and everything. I will totally keep you and your family in prayer. And pray that God will help you and your daughter go through this time of need. If you ever need someone to talk to please you can send me a personal email. Sending you and your family lots of love and may God bless you and your entire family hugs and kisses to you

I have a daughter-in-law who is having major medical problems as a result of the riots, demonstrations and violence. My son and I communicate regularly. Our daughter-in-law needs to express herself and then, realize that she has to let the anger go and work to find a positive action to take. Unfortunately, she gets up to the positive action and has problem knowing where to go from there. WE all have burdens to bear and we need to find healthy7 ways to deal with them. I am glad that you are dealing in a way that is very healthy and pray that others for whom this way is not immediately apparent, will find a way.

The anger is yours, use it for positive, don’t let the situation control your action. It’s just redirecting the anger to something which is healthier for you and more productive. AS a young woman I used to have a lot of anger about people’s attitude toward me as a blind person. I am white, so I will not pretend to understand your fears and anger as a black woman. However, when I finally said that letting my anger consume me was me allowing others to control my actions and life. I decided that I wasn’t going to let that happen. I’m much happier inside than I used to be. I decided, since I can’t control the way people act and feel about me, I’m going to control how I act and feel toward me and toward them. Now, to the best of my abilities I just say “your attitude doesn’t affect who I am, so don’t darken my door.” I do say this to myself.

And also made me upset with the protest that went on here in Florida. Where the cop threw into the crowd some kind a stink bomb or something like that while my sister was telling me they was having a peaceful protest it’s just crazy out here. So it’s like I don’t even watch the news only to catch the weather.

Chris Danielson had to send it to me and an email that he responded back to me in because I asked last month. Mark or Cabanna
