Hi, Ineko:
I have the same condition in my lower back along with sciatica which is pain in my both  legs.  This started for me last November.  By January when it all didn’t improve, I went to the Florida Orthopedic Institute where this was all diagnosed.  This clinic has locations in Tampa and in Brandon.  I have been working with a physical therapist who worked with me individually from early Feb. through the end of May.  She has taught me leg and back exercises and told me to use a heating pad at home when I do my back and leg exercises to relax the spine.  I have to do the exercises everyday even though I don’t like it.  You can manage with condition if you get intensive physical therapy.  Even chiropractors treat this condition, but you have to be careful about which one you see.
My prayers are with you.  Just know this condition can be treated.  I don’t want surgery, either, but can manage.  Prayers are with you that you decide the right treatment.

Hi everyone

Question can everyone please keep me lifted up in prayers. I have some news to share with you that I just found out yesterday from the MRI they did back December 3. I had to wait until they had got a new doctor. The new doctor at BRANDON HEALTHPLEX.

She read the MRI results to me and my sign language interpreter. And I just found out that I am in the early stages of spinal stenosis. Yesterday I cried and my doctor wanted to keep me for a little while until my nerves was coming up to leave. If you’re not sure what spinal stenosis is I will link it down below.
