And I told my new doctor at the Main Health Department when I run out of bread and other stuff I do not run out to the store and buy it right away I’ll buy it only when I get a taste for it. And I told her I usually don’t have a taste for it about a month to two months later. I told her when I order food from Domino’s I get a salad and once in a blue moon I might get a small thing of chicken Alfredo. But I told her that I don’t eat all the time even though it does have chicken is the sauce that I am careful with. She asked me do I eat my tuna with bread at the house and I told her no that I have made a big bowl of tuna and I’m going to be eating on it for a few days. And she told me it’s OK to eat oatmeal. I told her I got the original but I put just a tiny bit of sugar. And I told her I have a measuring cup because I’m heavy-handed. And I wanna make sure load my oatmeal and Kool-Aid and tea with sugar. So I told her I got cup to measure just a little bit especially for the oatmeal. She said I can have a little bit of sugar not a lot but I told her only crave sugar every once in a while not too much. And I told her only crave fast food maybe once a month and she said that’s OK she told me to keep doing what I’m doing I told her I walk a lot around the neighborhood she told me to keep that up. I told her since I cannot stand up to do exercise being that I’m deaf blind it messes with my balance. And she said it’s OK I can sit down on the bed and if I’m hurting in my lower back I can lay down and do my exercises. And I showed her what kind of arm and leg exercises I do and she said that’s great she told me I could continue to do with my life exercise. And my walking. And she said what time she see me in June I will probably have lost a lot more weight. I thought I wasn’t trying to lose the weight I was more focused on my sugar and my cholesterol to get them down. And she said that’s OK she said they did come down because you’re doing what you’re doing and she said more lose weight the better my sugar and cholesterol. And she told me since my birthday is next week on the 23rd she told me it’s OK I can have a little cheat day. I told her I’m scared because I’m doing so good and she said it’s OK she said I know you’re not going to go overboard on your birthday. She said she’s going to help me because she wants me to live another 49 years. I told her I like her better than a doctor that I had. Because I would ask her what can I do to get my cholesterol and sugar on the control and she wouldn’t tell me and I don’t like that if I ask a doctor what do I need to doTo get my sugar and cholesterol under control I feel they need to tell you. So the new doctor said I don’t like that if you’re asking questions on how to get you sugar and cholesterol under control she say it’s our job to tell you and to help you. Not to tell you I keep telling you that it’s high if you’re gonna tell it’s her you need to tell him how to get it under control. And then she asked me about my family doctor. And I told her they also following me on my sugar and cholesterol. I said that’s why they called me the beginning of January of this year I said because I talked to the lady who helps my doctor and I did ask her also and she told me that I can have everything in moderation but the starches and fried food I little less. And I told her OK I told her give me from the middle of January until you see me again. And I had to pray to God asking for his help to help me. So this is why I wanted to share the good news to my nfb family that even though I started Friday will be a month that my sugar and cholesterol has improved. And she said if I keep going it will be in a moment. But it’s from being severely high. So I just wanted to share so you my family will know what my doctor from the health department told me and then I also went from 255 down to 243. The last time I saw 243 is when I was working at Marriott waterside. And I was back in the last time MERRY at waterside the laundry was open was back in April 2016 when I close down the laundry I was 243 dead so it’s good to see this weight again.

And you will lose weight and you will start to get your cholesterol and sugar to go down. I just cut out the bread, starches, and fried foods, just eat that in moderation or try once a month or every other month like me.
