I’m sorry,Yvonne, are you saying that you will take the 10 to noon shift at the ADA event, or that you would like for me to take the 10 AM to noon shift? I’ll be happy to do the noon to two if that’s the case.

Sorry I didn’t respond sooner, but I have been out of town. I also have been waiting to see what slots were left so I could pick up the slack. I’ve volunteered to be a server for the pancake breakfast. I also would volunteer to spend at least two hours at the table at the ADA event on the 27th. I’ve stood outside Publix for a food drive for our church and I’m just too old to sit out in that heat!
Just let me know what kind of materials I’ll have available for the ADA event and let me take the collapsible banner for the table.

Good morning members and friends,First, I would like to think those who have already signed up. However, there are a few that have not and there are still slots available. The first event is our Publix event on July 16, then our pancake breakfast on July 23, and then the ADA event on July 27. Details on each event are listed below. 
Publix eventThis is where we will have a table to hand out different information regarding the National Federation Of The Blind, advertise and sell our pancake breakfast, and our 50/50 tickets. Spots that are available are after 11:30 a.m..

Breakfast eventThis event starts at 9 AM until 10:30 a.m.. We are still in need of a few servers
ADA eventthis event starts at 10 AM and ends at 2 PM. We have a 6 foot table with two chairs, so, we can do two shifts one at 10 AM and one at 12 PM, or we can do one every hour depending on who all wants to assist in this project. During this event we will not be able to sell anything, but advertise and showcase what the NFB is and what the Tampa Bay chapter does.
