[NFBF-Tampa] [NFBF-L] for those who are going to national Convention

> When sided people travel, they use a lot of different modes of transportation, maybe even a taxi, a bus, or a rental car. Yet, no one Batz and I at a sighted person choosing the path that is most convenient to them for their situation. Why then are we so concerned about how our fellow blind colleagues choose to navigate the world?  people have reasons for using paratrinc or taxis just like sided people have their own reasons for choosing the transportation that works for them.
