Sherrill:
So sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing. I remember meeting him in the late '70s or early '80s. He was so dedicated to the local chapter and now is with his wife. No longer suffering . . ...
Unfortunately, I'll be at a medical appointment Friday so will miss the funeral. RIP.
Louise

Subject: [NFBF-Tampa] sad news about one of our longtime chapter members

Hello to all,

I'm so sorry to have to tell you of the passing of our longtime member Lloyd Mathews.
Lloyd passed away on Sunday morning. His son has come down from New York. Lloyd's funeral service will take place this Friday, February 17, at 11:00 at the Boza and Roel Funeral Home. The address is 4730 North Armenia Avenue. I don't yet know whether there will be a lunch following the service. I will try to get more details at least by Thursday morning so those planning to attend will know when to make your return trip reservations.

Lloyd truly loved our chapter, and there was no greater ambassador for us.

Warmly,
Sherrill
