[NFBF-Tampa] Upcoming pancake event and meeting

Good afternoon,

My first choice for volunteering is to be on the clean up crew. I’ll probably be there between 8 and 9 AM. I am bringing a gift basket to auction are used as a door prize. The retail value of the basket is $60, so I’ll leave it to Miranda to choose how best to use it.

Good morning members, friends, and supporters,
 
Hope all of you are doing well. On Saturday, July 29 we will be holding our pancake breakfast fundraiser event! There are few things I need to know from you.
 
1. What time are you arriving?
 
2. How do you want to help in this event?
 
  
 
The event starts at 8 AM until 10 AM, and we can get in as early as 7:30 a.m. for set up, not everyone needs to be there at 7:30 a.m., but a few members are needed to help kick the event off.  In addition, please see below areas that need to be covered.
 
  
 
 Mimosa’s station.
 
Serving food.
 
Assistance at the payment table.
 
Going around and chatting with guests as they potentially wait for their food.
 
Cleanup crew
 
  
 
As the event ends at 10 AM, we will hold a small meeting at 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. right after the event. I hope to see all of you in attendance and look forward to seeing you soon.
