Hey Ineko,
Thank you so much for the information! I will be sure to check it out. Have you had a chance to use the app yourself while crossing the street?
Take care, Barbara

Hi All

Oh, I found a free app in the App Store called Oko it is a free app that was designed by blind and visually impaired. All you do is point your phone to the light and it will countdown on how long you’ll have to cross the street. And if you they’re off to the left or to the right, it will let you know to get back sooner to the crosswalk to cross the street safely. It is a free app where you do not have to pay. I think it’s a good app because we may not have traffic lights here in Tampa that beeps or if he does those who have trouble hearing open if it from this app.

I just wanted to share and let you know what I found. Again, it’s a free app designed by blind and visually impaired individuals.

Lots of love alwaysI
