I have had it many times. It is very good. The cheese that is traditionally used is Feta.

It’s a Greek appetizer that is fillo pastry surrounding a spinach and cheese mixture. It comes in small triangular shaped appetizers that are a handheld eating option. If you want to know what type of cheese I’ll have to ask my wife or children to read the packaging or you can simply Google it as I’m sure what I usually make at home is the same as what’s available everywhere. FYI, we get it from Costco.

Our holiday party is scheduled for Saturday, December 2 from 1 PM until 4 PM at Mary and Miriam‘s house in Brandon. The address will be sent out once it gets closer. However, this email also is the start of the list. so, what will you bring to the holiday party! Please remember our holiday party is an appetizer themed event.

 

If you are highly allergic to anything, please let us know as soon as possible.
