Good evening all,

There has been a few options laid out. so, I will put them all below for convenience and please vote on what you would like to do.

 

Mary and Marion have invited us to hold the meeting at their house on the 21st from 12 PM until 2 PM, but they also said there will be no time restrictions.

Hold it at Beef Obrady‘s on the 21st from 11 AM until 12:30 p.m.

Hold the meeting at the Beef Obrady‘s on Sunday, October 22 Around 1 PM.

Hold the meeting on Saturday, October 28 from 12 PM until 2 PM

I vote for moving the meeting off of the 28th. So the 21st is fine for me even though it's a condensed meeting.

Sorry, let me just ask a couple of clarifying (and maybe dumb) questions. So, we can meet at our regular time on October 28, our original meeting date, at Beef O’Brady’s? But, if we move the meeting to the 21st we can meet at Yvonne’s beach house? Where is the beach house located.

Good morning all,

I have been asked to move the meeting to the 21st due to the extended invitation for everyone and anyone to attend, Yvonne‘s Beachhouse, the weekend of our original meeting date, October, 28th.  However, Beef Obrady‘s can only allow us to be in the room from 11 AM until 12:30 p.m., because there is a party in there at 1 PM. So, the question is brought back to all of you. Do we move the meeting to Saturday, October 21 from 11 AM until 12:30 PM, or do we keep our original date of Saturday, October 28 from 12 PM until 2 PM. Please respond, by Thursday, so I can cancel one of the meeting dates that are currently scheduled at Beef Obrady‘s.
