Hey all!

Thank you Miranda for putting this together. I will definitely be sharing
our flyer far and wide with my Providers and the places I frequent the most
as well as give regular business to. Including but not limited to TGH, CVS,
Catalyst Physical Therapy, Evara Health, White Crane Acupuncture and Hands
for Healing with Needles of Light. I also plan to bring to the multiple
Publix and Starbucks/coffee shops I frequent, as well as the gym and yoga
studio, groomer, hairdresser, nail salon and church community just to name
a few. How many places can you think of to spread the word? I bet it’s
quite a few!

As a reminder we have not been successful in securing a Publix date to
presell tickets. If you can please brainstorm and/or ask your local store
if they have any availability it would be greatly appreciated. We have
always done well at Publix not only from a financial perspective but also
on a community outreach level.

If a tax exemption form and/or letter is needed to secure a spot or for
donations, please reach out to me at 813-493-7691.

The Manager at Beef O’ Brady’s gave us the approval for a Pianist to
perform during breakfast so we will keep you posted once we’re able to
officially book the musician. He also gave us the OK for a QR code to be
advertised around the restaurant, to showcase our “Premium Special Edition
Football Basket” of which we plan to “kick off” at the pancake breakfast.
Anyone willing to help with this initiative please reach out. The sooner
the better.

As a reminder please let me know if there is a specific station and/or role
you would prefer on the day of the Pancake Breakfast Extravaganza. I will
be putting together a list to make sure we have all job roles covered and
would like to place individuals where they feel most comfortable. We will
need the following: Front door greeters/ticket takers, raffle
station/basket including information givers and ticket takers, servers (to
take tickets/orders) and food runners (to bring food from the kitchen to
the guests).

In years past we have had a self serve coffee/ juice station with sighted
supporters as attendants. We have also had designated sighted bartenders
working the mimosa station. All positions are available so the sooner you
let me know what role you would like, the better chance you have of getting
the role you want! There will an only be a certain amount of individuals
needed for each spot so please let me know ASAP by responding to me
personally via email at nfbf.tampa at gmail.com. Please reply with your 1st,
2nd and 3rd choice and I will fill positions based on first come first
serve basis.

Please plan to arrive no later than 7:15-7:30am as we will need all hands
on deck to be set up and ready for our guests at 8am. Please be sure to
wear sensible shoes (i.e. non slip) as this is crucial for safety in the
restaurant atmosphere.

Thank you for your continued help and support. We are stronger together!
Let’s make this the best Pancake Breakfast yet.

Best,
Christine
