Tampa General Hospital is conducting a survey to better understand the
arrival experience at TGH on Davis Islands and to identify opportunities to
make the process more clear, accessible, and supportive for patients,
visitors, and members of the community. We are particularly interested in
learning about the experiences of individuals within the disability
community. We respectfully invite you to complete this brief survey and
share your feedback to help us improve the overall experience. Th survey
will be open until August 7th.
