<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">HART has connected me with Yellow Cab to discuss access concerns. In recalling some issues, the following has been shared with me:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:3.5pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Individuals with service animals have been denied rides. Individuals have shared that the Yellow Cab reports to the
location, but drives away. It is suspected that the drivers do not want to transport a service animal.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:3.5pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Yellow Cab has inquired if a person has a service animal or appears to have a marked/identified patrons with service
animals. Concerns were expressed that upon making the reservation, the patron with a service animal will not be transported.
<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:3.5pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Yellow Cab takes an extraordinarily long time, beyond pick-up window, to pick-up patrons.
