<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I have the opportunity to examine an ordinance on benches that are located at bus stops. This will include not only the areas in which HART constructed their bus stops/shelters,
but other locations in which the benches are placed by agencies other than HART. In reviewing the ordinance, I will scan for accessible pathways/clearance requirements. For example, the installation should have adequate clearance, i.e. an accessible path,
consideration of other items such utility poles, etc. I want to ensure I review based on barriers that are caused by these items, the real world impact. Hence, would you kindly share information on the barriers that you have encountered caused by the
