Do you know what new products are available for persons with low vision? Do you know what to do when you meet a person who is blind or has a guide dog? Join the Florida Outreach Center for the Blind for our Open House and you will find the answers! <o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-indent:.5in"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial Bold",serif;color:black">The Center will be celebrating 19 years of providing services to blind and visually impaired people. As our guest, you will enjoy refreshments, raffles, a guided tour of our beautiful, remodeled facility, information about services, and demonstrations of technology adapted for the blind. <o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in"><a name="OLE_LINK57"></a><a name="OLE_LINK58"></a><b><span style="font-family:"Arial Bold",serif;color:black">The Florida Outreach Center for the Blind offers classes in Braille, Assistive Technology, Daily Living Skills, Cooking, Mobility, Peer Support Group, Craft Program, Field Trips, Workshops, Outreach Program for seniors, and a Kids’ Club for blind children. The Center also has a store with visual aids and an Equipment Loan Program.
