I just spoke with the assistant to the Chef at the Rosen Center. "can of the requests for kosher meals the buffet will have specific kosher items on the agenda for Breakfast, lunch and dinner It is at Ghogin? I do not know whether I am spelling the name correctly. You must ask for the chef on duty to know which items they deem kosher.
