Sholom, Leyeshprintze,

I was looking through the archives of the list and saw your e-mail from July. Since this list receives virtually no traffic, I thought I’d respond. Four months late is better than nothing, right? I've seen you on the NABS list before, but I don’t think we’ve ever talked.

Anyway, I hope you are enjoying seminary. You asked about studying at seminary or Yeshiva. I have not actually physically studied at a Yeshiva, but I do attend on online one which is based in Jerusalem. It has a seminary component as well. Even though it is virtual, it is quite accessible. The shiurim are delivered through an online conference medium and the participants and instructor can interact via text and voice chats. Also, if you missed a class, you can watch the archived class. It’s really nice because the courses are given in times appropriate for Israel, as that is where most of the instructors are based and there’s no way I would ever think of getting up at 6:00 in the morning to attend a shiur if I don’t have to. Let me know if you are interested to know more or just interested in networking. Gutt shabbos.
