Shelly is also on the e-mail as she had called me to discuss this. I would love to see e-mails every so often but don't know if I can commit to writing up things. My specialty is forwarding e-mails of interest without writing up too much at this point. Whatever you can do will be appreciated.
By the way, I'm not even sure how to initiate an e-mail to this listserve. All I've done thus far is respond to others' e-mails, can anyone advise?

I think it would be a fantastic idea to include a line for Jewish men. I'd be glad to help in anyway I can with that. I'm glad to see that, thanks to Amanda, this list is actually not completely dead. Let's keep it that way. Maybe each of us, you, Amanda and I, can take turns each week picking a topic, either from the parshat ha-shavuah or some other Jewish-related topic, and starting a discussion. When more people start talking on the list, they can start picking topics as well. What are your thoughts? Amanda, feel free to weigh in here as well.
