If by organized activity, you mean something akin to nabs for 
blind Jews, no, there is not, so there is no so-called division 
president who would, by rights, be the moderator.  It would be 
one of us, the people who are posting on this list now.  I will 
volunteer for the job, if nobody else wants it.
