Good evening everyone,
There was a small group of us that met today. I also understand that there
may be some of you who may have wished to attend but missed the meeting.
Here is a recap of what was discussed:

   - Since our last meeting, I have had the chance to meet with Sean
Callaway, Co-Chair of the DEI Committee and President Riccobono.
   - President Riccobono has designated me as the Chair of this group. He
has indicated that we can and will meet at our National convention. He
also indicated that we needed to identify someone to give an invocation at
one of the general sessions of the National convention.

After some discussion, here are our next steps:

   - I am once again attaching the draft of the article I have written for
the Braille Monitor. I have already received some feedback from the
discussion at the meeting, and from one person who could not be there. I
would appreciate if others would take the time to read the article and
provide me with feedback in writing, please. Please do this no later than
   Wednesday, April 6, 2022 by 10 PM. Once I have everyone's feedback, I will
make revisions to what I have written and submitt it to Gary Wunder, Editor
   of the Braille Monitor.
   - There is a calendar that has either been put together or is being put
together that lists various religious holidays. I will follow up with Sean
Calaway to make sure that Jewish holidays are included.
   - I will contact John Bergren, Convention Chair and formally request
that we get a meeting room and a time on the agenda for the National
   Convention.
   - We will meet as a group again on May 15, 2022 at 4 PM Eastern Time to
plan the program for our meeting in New Orleans during our National
Convention. I will send out an agenda and zoom information closer to the
   meeting date.

Respectfully Submitted,
Stewart Prost, Chair, NFB in Judaism
