Greetings everyone,
Sarah, welcome to the list and our group. Please feel free to post any
questions or information that you feel would be helpful to everyone on this
list. I include any agency or organization that serves persons who are
blind and Jewish. As I have said in the past, all meetings of this group
and for that matter any meetings of the National Federation of the Blindare
open to the public, whether anyone is a member of the NFB or not. The
Tagline of the NFB is, "Live the Life you want". A goal of this group is
to support people in participating in Jewish communal life as they wish.
To be a part of the community.
We had a good turn out for our regular meeting at our national convention
and for our first ever Shabbat Celebration. I would like to build on our
success by holding several meetings on Zoom during the coming year. If
anyone has ideas about topics or speakers, please let me know either by
posting them on this list, or contacting me directly. My contact
information is below.
