[NFBJ] FW: Yiddish in Braille

Since Yiddish is composed of Hebrew characters, it should be transcribable into Braille.

The ArtScroll Braille Siddur contains some Yiddish Braille.  Whoever arranged that transcription should be consulted.  Also check directly with CSBCARE.

See article in link below. It sounds very interesting. Although I’m not as tecfh/research savvy and don’t understand the exact details of this, I know CSB care has helped me with Yiddish texts for my students. Does this mean they developed some contractions for the Yiddish vowels?
