[NFBJ] Difficulty reading messages?

It is not your fault! Our software provider had a bad update and haven't fixed the problem yet.
I am told that if you use plain text messages, there is no problem -- but I do not yet know this for a fact.

Is anyone else having difficulty reading some messages in this group? I am using Outlook 365 and am trying to troubleshoot. Any help would be appreciated. Some of the messages appear as complete gibberish.
