The rabbi or prayer leader will NEVER EVER use all 816 Lev Shalem pages at one a synagogue or Chaburah.

Make yourself a Shabbat morning Lev Shalem prayerbook.  

It need not include all the footnotes and intros and prefaces where all the compilers thank and congratulate each other.   

NO adon olam if you know it by heart.

Only one Mourners Kaddish, especially if you are not in mourning.  

Exclude all pages that are purely pictorial.  

Exclude all pages that "get you in the mood" for prayer.

How many pages remain?

IF it's too many, consult the prayer leader.  What pages would she RARELY USE?  

Okay, so you'll miss them but you'll have everything else.

If you're not in your usual home worship building, it's more complicated.  You need to consult the prayer leader in advance.
