Very often it's not possible to tell from a name what pronouns to use. It's an issue of courtesy. Besides that, one can be blind and mentally ill. Being clear about what pronouns are appropriate is nowhere categorized as a sign of mental illness. Anger over something like pronouns can be a cause for concern.

Why do you put pronouns at the bottom , aren’t you a woman? In the English language it’s obvious which pronouns to use for a woman . I thought this group is for blind people not mentally ill people.
