I am assuming that the Jewish Library referring to is JBI Library. I think
your idea of having them enter into an agreement with this. Israeli Library
would be a good idea. I am on the board of JBI Library. JBI Library has a
new head librarian. My suggestion is that you contact her and give her the
specific information of the name of the library in Israel and the person to
contact in order to establish an agreement. Here is her contact
