[Nfbk] jury duty?

Yes, Scott, I have served several times here in Frankfort. I will assume it will be the same in Louisville. Usually the summons comes with a form to be filled out and returned that you are available and willing. It will also ask (I think) of dates of conflict. Now if this puts a hardship on you, you may ask the Court Clerk to be excused. They may reschedule you for later next year rather than excuse you totally. If it is not a hardship, you must (either way) appear when the summons tells you to report. After that it is a matter of which you get picked to serve on. Just let them know up from what you are capable of doing or not doing. They are very willing to work with you. Good Luck. Any questions, please call me.
