  KSB student – home burns
The home of Kyle Givens, a 15 year old freshman at KSB burned. The family
consists of the mother (who works full-time outside the home), Kyle, and his
7 year old sister Mackenzie.
The family had basic insurance on their home, which will take approximately
six months to rebuild. They were underinsured on the contents and their
personal belongings. They lost everything except the clothing they wee
wearing at the time.
Kyle is a very outgoing and friendly young man, who is still unable to talk
about their loss. He is involved in almost every sport at KSB. Although Kyle
is a day student, he is staying in the dorm on campus, temporarily.
At present the family is living in a very small apartment. The best way,
anyone who is interested could help, is by donating money at this time, so
that they might buy clothing and other basic necessities. I have been
reassured that the family is very responsible and trustworthy.

Below is a list of other items that are needed:

Mackenzie (7 year old sister)
1. Witches of Waverly Books
2. Jonas Brothers CD's
3. Easel for painting
4. Art supplies that are age appropriate
5. Markers, crayons, paper

Kyle (15 years old)
1. A new coat
2. CD player for room
3. CD's (Ronnie Atkins, Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Bad Paisley, 3 Doors Down,
Taylor Swift)

Family
1. DVD Player

For the Home
1. Dirt Devil (smaller size)
2. Swiffer set
3. Twin mattress and sheets (they already have the frame)

If you think you might be able to assist with a few dollars or any of the
items on this list please call me at Ext. 310. The KSB Alumni will also be
making a monetary donation to the family.
