[Nfbk] March braille monitor

Cindy,

Back in December, I think, we were supposed to call and let them know
whether or not we still wanted the Monitor on tape. If they did not hear
from us it was assumed that we no longer needed the tape edition. You could
call and ask if it is too late to subscribe.
