Hello everyone,

We need to act ASAP and get all your friends, family and others interested to also call their Senators right now and tell them to ask for final passage of HB 439 HCS which would allow a study to be completed by November 1st, bringing all the parties concerned to the table including the movie theater industry which has oppose this bill from the start.  It is stalled in Rules for unknown reasons and it is imperative that it move and be voted on by Monday, April 29, 2010.    

Please ask everyone to flood the phones to all the Senators concerning HB 439 HCS.  

Call 1-800-372-7181 and ask for the message to go to YOUR Senator and ALL Senators:   “Please pass HB 439 HCS to allow the Human Rights Commission and the Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to conduct a study of technology to provide captioning in movie theaters.”    

Go to http://www.lrc.ky.gov/Legislators.htm  if you need to find your Senator.
