[Nfbk] NFBGL Monthly Meetings

Nickie,
If at all possible I will make the meetings whenever and wherever they are held. Now having said that, I really prefer Friday evenings because it frees up the weekend for things like family getaways and football games. I really think that KSB is the most convenient place for paratransit transportation. I am not tied to KSB and I think we will have plenty of other activities away from the campus, but it has lots of advantages for our monthly meetings. 

It's a lot more satisfying to reach for the stars, even if you end up landing only on the moon.

Good morning,

    Over the past couple of years the Greater Louisville chapter has moved the location of our monthly meetings a couple of times.  Well, we are looking to move again.  At the moment we hold our monthly meetings at the Main Library, although this is a good central location it's proven to be hassle for some of our members getting to and from TARC3.  We've also had some issues with the room, it being locked when we arrive, other people occupying the room, etc.  All of these issues have prompted the GL board to look elsewhere for meeting space.  

    I have met with the new Facilities Manager at KSB and we can use the South Side Dining room at no charge.  This is where we need your input.  Currently we hold our meetings on the third Saturday afternoon, in the past meetings have been held on the third Friday evening.  What day and time is good for you?  We want to accommodate as many of our members as possible and maximize our meeting time.  So, Please e-mail me with the day and time that is best for you.  I look forward to hearing from you!
