On April 25 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time, ESPA will conduct a webinar titled
Transportation Advocacy at the Local Level. Participants will learn how to
become effective advocates for accessible transportation by connecting with
local advisory committees and other groups involved in transportation
planning. The webinar will also address considerations for ensuring that a
meeting is accessible. Registration deadline: April 23.

On May 16 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time, ESPA will conduct a webinar titled Best
Practices in Premium Paratransit Service. The session will feature Karen
Hoesch, executive director of ACCESS Transportation Systems in Pittsburgh,
Pa., and participants will learn about ACCESS' successful premium
paratransit services. Transit customers with disabilities, paratransit
professionals and paratransit system managers are encouraged to attend.
Registration deadline: May 14.
