[Nfbk] TARC seeks input on proposed service changes, fare increases

I must be really dumb but:

"the
> level
> of overall service in Indiana unchanged"

Can't possibly be true when you are cutting all of the express routes which
is half of the service in Indiana. The two regular bus routes do not even
hit all of the major shopping areas. At this rate, it won't be long before I
no longer have Tarc3 service because it won't go any where in Indiana.
